I’ve worked at the intersection of people, strategy, operations & finance in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations for over a decade. Most of that time has been in small to medium sized organizations with limited resources where I was either solo or leading a small team.
I provide both ongoing and ad hoc planning assistance and practical operational support for organizations in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors across the areas of Strategy, Leadership, Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Projects and Processes.
I am a lifelong learner myself and encourage personal and professional growth and development for everyone. That’s the biggest motivator behind my speaking and my writing. I’m deeply passionate about knowledge sharing.
